SHIPPING POLICY
We are a small family run business based in Yorkshire and we pride ourselves on providing a premium quality service to all of our customers.
We will ship orders received Monday to Friday within 48 hours and orders received on weekends on the following Monday.
If we are away on annual holiday we will ensure that this is clearly listed on the website.
Postage: We use Royal Mail. The following tariffs apply.
Small parcel up to 1kg: 1st class: £3.70; 2nd class: £3.10
Small parcel up to 2kg: 1st class £5.57; 2nd class: £3.10
Return & Exchange Policy
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns. The soaps are sold 'naked' - i.e. they are not individually wrapped (better for the environment) and therefore cannot be resold, as we have no guarantee on handling once they have left our shop. We are sure you will be fully satisfied with all of our products!
